Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a warm and sincere manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Ensure a polished & visually appealing storefront throughout the day
• Ensure that all elements of service are available in-store and proposed to customers
• Knowledge of the local creative scene is a plus
• Local knowledge to provide recommendations for local attractions and services
• Resolve customer issues with a problem-solving attitude
• Collaborate with the sales and service team to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledgeable about vintage fashion as well as the 2nd hand vintage industry
• Experience in concierge in a fast-paced environment or equivalent
• Enthusiastic and personable attitude
• Reliable, flexible, and attentive to detail
